Dr. Rebecca Kinsey, HSPP is a licensed counseling psychologist specializing in the treatment of stress management, anxiety, and trauma for adults. She offers in person sessions in Carmel, Indiana and telehealth across the country through PsyPact.

My biggest hope is for you to create a meaningful and fulfilling life while learning how to "ride the waves" of life's challenges. I utilize various empirically-supported treatments to help you reach your goals and create a safe place to process your experiences.

In addition to providing psychological services in my private practice, I also teach part-time at Ball State University. I love teaching you valuable skills, sharing research that applies to your experiences, and providing resources you can check out outside of therapy!
I offer telehealth for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of online therapy.
I am a part of the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission meaning I can provide virtual psychotherapy to those living in 40+ of the PsyPact effective states.
I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with stress and anxiety, with treatment tailored to your goals and current challenges. Together, we’ll use evidence-based approaches to build insight, coping skills, greater emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
I take an integrative approach to help you cope with trauma. I utilize EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and emotion and somatic focused interventions. We will focus on safety and stabilization, processing memories, and reconnecting with yourself and others.
Group therapy sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Group therapy is offered to anyone living in Indiana or PsyPact states.
