Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great way to learn skills in an experiential and structured way while recognizing you're not alone in your pain.


Groups are offered throughout the year online on Mondays or Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM ET through the HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform Simple Practice.
